Should you arrive earlier, we will make every effort to accommodate you.
Check-Out Time: 10:00 am.
If your departure time is later than 10:00 am, let us know and we will do our best to offer you a late check out and to store your luggage until then. Unfortunately, late departures from your accommodation is not always possible, as the accommodations must be cleaned and prepared for incoming guests. Those guests with departures before 8:00 am are asked to settle their accounts by 5:00 pm the night before. We will be happy to arrange early taxi's at or before that time.
Keys:
Even although we brag about how safe the island of Virgin Gorda is, we still issue room keys to our guests. Keys are inadvertently misplaced and go missing all too often and they are virtually impossible for us to replace. We therefore are forced to charge a $20.00 fee for lost keys. Please take care.
Damage Deposits:
During registration, your credit card imprint is taken. Any charges resulting from missing and damaged items/articles (including but not limited to sheets, towels, screens, lamps etc.), telephone calls, excessive repairs and cleaning charges, would be billed to the credit card. Transferring items and articles between villas, condo's and rooms is also discouraged and is cause for considering them as missing.
Reservations:
Our reservations personnel would be happy to assist you with your future vacation plans. It's never too early to reserve and most guests will book from 6 months to 1 year in advance so as to secure just the perfec accommodation.
Charging Privileges:
All of the restaurants, stores and services located at Leverick Bay are independent from the Leverick Bay Hotel and Villas, hence we regret we are unable to offer "charging privileges" to our guests through the hotel office. Should you wish to arrange for charging privileges with any business, please contact the respective manager.
