Phone Cards: Phone cards are available to purchase in the Reception Office.

Postage Stamps: The reception office does sell stamps and will mail your postcards and letters. Please remember the BVI Postal system uses British Stamps, not US stamps.

Photocopy Machine: Photocopies are available in our office for 25 cents per copy.

Comments: We would appreciate hearing about your vacation (both good and bad points), and would value your comments and suggestions for improvements and changes.

Baby Sitting Services: We can help you organize this service preferably several days in advance. Fees will vary however, and range from $5.00 - 10.00 per hour for 1-2 children, minimum 3 hours. Discuss your specific requirements, settle on a price and pay the baby sitter directly.

Lost Articles: Check the area you believe you may have lost your belonging at, and also at the businesses close by. Sometimes articles are brought to our office when found, but not necessarily.

Library: A small selection of paperbacks and magazines for your reading pleasure are available in the reception office. All donations and trades are gratefully accepted.

Tennis: Is offered complimentary to our in-house guests and visitors are very welcome at a charge of $20 per hour. Please sign up at the reception desk up to 24 hours in advance, to ensure court time, or take your chance on the spur of the moment. Ask for a copy of our rules at the office. We do not recommend playing at high noon, when the sun is extremely hot. Early morning or later in the afternoons are suggested. Rackets and balls are available at the office.

Beach/Pool Towels: Hotel and Condo guests will find beach towels available at the reception office. We have found it necessary to implement a "towel control" where by guests must sign towels in and out. Villa guests who require beach towels, are also welcome to sign for them at the office.

Maintenance: Should your accommodations require any maintenance attention, please do not hesitate to contact our office. (All accommodations usually have a small stock of spare light bulbs as they tend to blow often.)

Medical Attention: Should you require any assistance in this area, the doctor is in attendance at the local clinics in Spanish Town every Mon., Tues., Thurs., and Fri., from 9:00 am on. Wednesday's the doctor is at the North Sound Clinic from 9:00 am on. Nurses are also in attendance at the clinics and are very helpful.
